  • Establishments: Restaurants, Cafeterias, Hotels, Bakeries, Catering Companies, Grocery Stores, Foodstuff Trading, Supermarkets.
  • Specific Roles: Chefs / Cooks, Waiters / Waitresses, Kitchen Stewards / Dishwashers, Food Packers, Butchers / Fishmongers.

Mandatory for staff with direct physical contact with customers.

  • Establishments: Ladies' & Gents' Salons, Spas, Massage Centers, Health Clubs, Gyms, Fitness Centers.
  • Specific Roles: Beauticians / Makeup Artists, Hairdressers / Barbers, Nail Technicians, Massage Therapists, Personal Trainers / Gym Instructors, Swimming Coaches / Lifeguards, Spa Attendants

Mandatory to ensure the safety of children and students.

  • Establishments: Nurseries, Kindergartens, Daycare Centers, Schools (Specific roles).
  • Specific Roles: Nanny / Babysitter (in nurseries), Nursery Teachers / Assistants, School Canteen Staff, School Bus Attendants

Mandatory for roles involving hazardous materials or public safety risks.

  • Establishments: Construction Sites, Factories, Printing Presses, Furniture Workshops.
  • Specific Roles:
    • Construction: Masons, Steel Fixers, Laborers, Foremen.
    • Industrial: Painters, Furniture Polishers, Carpenters, Cement, Ceamic, Concrete, textile, Glass, Agriculture, Electric, Oil Refining, Plastic and chemical industries.
    • Services: Electric, Car workshops and service centers, Veterinary
    • Maintenance: Plumbers, Electricians, AC Technicians (especially those entering homes/offices).
  • Waste Management: Cleaners, Garbage Collectors, Pest Control Technicians.
  • Laundry Services: Staff working in commercial laundries/dry cleaners.
  • Drivers: Heavy Truck Drivers, RTA drivers.

Physicians, nurses, technicians, any housekeeping workers & related healthcare workers.

Fees: Depends on the Category/ Sector as per Dubai Health fees instructions
