We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. For corporate clients with high volumes, we can arrange bank transfer or credit account options (subject to approval).

Yes, our facility is fully accessible with ramps and elevators. If you require special assistance during the X-ray or blood draw, please inform our reception staff upon arrival so we can assist you.

To avoid overcrowding, we prefer that only the applicant enters the clinical area. However, for elderly applicants, minors, or those requiring physical assistance, one companion is permitted.

It is crucial to check the draft before we submit it. If a mistake is found after the result is generated, it can cause issues with your Emirates ID typing. Please review all details (Name, Nationality, Passport Number) carefully with our typist.

Government fees are generally non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the DHA system. Service fees for typing are also non-refundable.

We respect patient privacy and cultural comfort. We have female nurses and radiographers available, and a dedicated ladies' section for female applicants.

Yes, our typing center can assist you in retrieving the certificate from the system using your application number, or you can download it via the DHA app.

Medical Fitness Screening

For most applicants, the screening includes a blood test (checking for HIV, Syphilis, and Hepatitis B) and a Chest X-ray (checking for Tuberculosis).

No, fasting is not required. You can eat and drink as normal before your appointment.

The Medical Fitness Certificate is valid for 3 months from the date of issue. You must stamp your visa on your passport within this period.

We offer different packages to suit your needs:

Regular: 24 hours.

Premium: 4–6 hours .

Express: 2 hours (subject to availability).

Note: If you are busy and want to finish the screening process as soon as possible, you can get Fast-Track service (VIP) to expedite your waiting time and bypass the queue.

Your medical certificate will be sent directly to the email address you provided during the typing process. It is also automatically uploaded to the GDRFA/ICP system for your visa processing.

Children under the age of 18 are generally exempt from the blood test and X-ray. They usually only require an application for their Emirates ID. However, verify with our typing team as rules can vary based on specific visa types.

If you suspect you are pregnant, please inform the staff before your X-ray. You will be exempted from the X-ray but may require a blood test. For female domestic workers, a pregnancy blood test is mandatory as per DHA regulations.

No, it is primarily mandatory for female domestic workers (maids, nannies, drivers). For other professions, it is not part of the standard screening unless requested.

The medical screening fee covers the service of the test itself, not the outcome of your visa application. Once the test is performed, the service is considered delivered and is non-refundable.

Usually, no. The systems are linked. However, it is always a good idea to keep a digital copy or a printout handy on your phone just in case the E-ID center asks for proof of application.

Occupational Health Card (OHC)

It is a special ID card issued by the Dubai Health Authority for staff working in public health-related industries (Food, Beauty, Gyms, Nurseries, etc.) to prove they are fit to work in these sensitive roles.

No. The Visa Medical is for your residency paper (immigration). The OHC is for your permission to work in a specific job (Municipality/DHA compliance). You often need both.

Staff working as Chefs, Waiters, Barbers, Beauticians, Masseurs, Fitness Trainers, Pool Lifeguards, Nursery Teachers, and Furniture Polishers/Printers.

For most expatriates, the Occupational Health Card is valid for 1 year and must be renewed annually.

New employees must apply within 30 days of arriving in the UAE or changing their status. Applying late may result in fines.

Yes, unlike the Visa Medical, the OHC screening for Food Handlers typically includes a stool test to check for parasites, in addition to blood tests and physical exams.

Yes, we can apply for a "Lost Card Replacement" through the system. You may not need to redo the medical test if the card is still valid in the system.

The Hepatitis B vaccine is mandatory for 6 categories: Nannies/Housemaids, Private Drivers, Food Handlers, Nursery/Kindergarten staff, Salon/Beauty Center staff, and Health Club/Gym staff.
