  1. Respect the rules and regulations of NHSMC.
  2. Treat other patients, visitors, and staff with respect and consideration.
  3. Respect the privacy and comfort of other patients.
  4. Provide accurate and complete information about your current and past medical conditions, including any previous treatments or allergies.
  5. Follow the instructions of your treating physician and healthcare team.
  6. Provide your written general consent for treatment upon visiting NHSMC.
  7. Give your written informed consent before any procedure requiring such consent, after receiving all necessary information about the benefits, risks, and alternatives.
  8. Understand that refusing treatment or not following your prescribed care plan may result in negative medical outcomes.
  9. Arrange appointments promptly and ensure you attend on time. If you need to cancel, please inform the relevant department 48 hours in advance.
  10. Respect emergency priorities and understand that emergencies may affect your appointment times.
  11. Follow NHSMC’s safety policies, including hygiene practices and the no-smoking policy.
  12. Fulfill any financial obligations for services provided by NHSMC promptly.
  13. Provide any requested samples for testing and attend follow-up appointments as scheduled.
  14. Avoid bringing valuable items to NHSMC, as we cannot be responsible for their loss or damage. In emergencies, please inform a nurse or security about valuables in your possession.
